Saint Hippolyte

An exemplary site in Normandy, the Domain of St Hyppolite is classed as Site Remarquable du Goût (A Site of High Taste). This site combines modernity and richness in past heritage. The Manor of St Hyppolite dates from the end of the 16th century. Next to the Manor stands a magnificent eight-sided dovecote. You will visit the property and its farm and discover the know-how and secrets of manufacturing Norman cheeses which you will be able to taste.
